For your convenience, The Sandstone Centre are able to accept a wide range of payment methods.
We take orders via the payment sytems on our website, including SagePay, PayPal or Google Checkout, as well as offering an alternative payment method over the telephone. Please feel free to give us a call if you feel more comfortable paying in this way.
Our primary online checkout system is SagePay, a 3D secure payment system utilised by a large number of online retailers. This service gives you as the customer, and us as the supplier 100% secure transactions and peace of mind. Each payment is checked by The Sandstone Centre before processing. We will not take payment if the invoice address is different to the delivery address, unless of course you have used us before.
PayPal and Google Checkout are our secondary payment systems, both very well known and widely used across the web. You will need a Google Checkout account in order to use that system, wheras PayPal can be used by those with or without a PayPal account.
Your purchase will show as 'Sandstone', however it ususally takes 2-3 working days before the transaction appears on your statement. We will send an invoice through the post for all orders, normally between 10 and 14 days of purchase. If for some reason you do not receive this, please let contact us and we can arrange another copy to be sent the same day.
Whichever method of payment you choose, we will require POI (Proof of ID) and a signature from the individual who has paid for the materials on delivery.
