Terms & Conditions
1.0 The contract between us
1.1 We must have receipt of the payment for the goods in full before a
legally binding contract is set up, This is completed by our web security terminal,
which is provided for you from Sage Pay. This system is linked directly linked to
The HSBC Bank who checks all card details before payment is accepted,
This method has been put in place by us "The Sandstone Centre Ltd so both of us,
the supplier and the buyer have peace of mind making transactions over the
web. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the supplied e-mail address after a
transaction has been completed.
1.2 If we accept an order in part payment in advance of delivery, the
outstanding amount must be paid within thirty days of the dated invoice.
Any outstanding balance after this date will be charged at an interest at
the rate of 3% above the Barclays Bank Plc tracker rate until payment received.
Notwithstanding the provisions of clause 1.1.
2.0 Prices
2.1 when placing an order the price will be confirmed. This price quoted is
including Vat... The cost of our standard delivery is also included. We
reserve the right to change published prices without notice. If you place
an order to Scotland and Wales, the extra delivery costs must be added by
the buyer on the checkout page. If this is not completed we reserve the right
to hold your purchase until the outstanding amount is settled in full.
2.2 Alternative delivery requirements may be arranged at a separate price
please enquire; some locations are not possible for us to deliver too.
3.0 Cancellations
3.1 We reserve the right to cancel if we are unable to deliver to your
address, the goods ordered have changed in price or we have insufficient
stock of some or all of the items ordered.
3.2 You will be notified of any cancelation in writing and a full refund
will be given.
4.0 Cancelation by consumer
4.1 You may cancel your order up to one working day after the order was
made. You cannot cancel the goods if they have already been dispatched or
a bespoke order was made. Full refund will be made of suitably cancelled
orders.
5.0 Deliveries
5.1 Delivery will be made to the billing address; alternative arrangements
and delivery addresses can be made at the time of order.
5.2 All deliveries must be signed for, in the event of nobody available to
sign for the order, the goods will be returned to us. All additional
redelivering will be charged to the customer.
5.3 We deliver to the road side address via a tail lift vehicle and truck.
Alternative arrangements can be made on date of order being given; this
may be at an additional cost to the consumer.
5.4 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after the payment is
cleared, providing the materials are in stock we aim to deliver within the
next 3-4 working days.
5.5 Goods must be checked before signing for. A signature indicates
acceptance of goods and no damage or subsequent misuse can we the supplier
be held responsible for.
5.6 We reserve the right to deliver orders in one or more separate
deliveries, any extra deliveries will not be charged to the consumer.
5.7 Business purchasers will be deemed as responsible for the ownership of
the goods once clearance of payment and goods are delivered. Goods will
then be held at your own risk.
5.8 Goods in transit are covered by carriers insurance until a signature
is received.
6.0 Liabilities
6.1 This clause is for Business purchasers only.
6.2 If the goods received are faulty, damaged or incorrect you must notify
us in writing, within five working days or we will hold no liability.
6.3 If we do not notify you of a delivery date and goods are not received
within thirty days of the date ordered you must inform us in writing
within forty days. If we do notify you of a delivery date and goods are
not received within thirty days of the date ordered you must inform us in
writing within thirty days.
6.4 If you notify us of a problem under clause 6 we will
make good any shortage or non delivery,
Refund the amount paid by you for the goods in question in a way we choose
Replace or repair goods that are damaged or defective.
6.5 We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage
what so ever arising we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by
way of compensation other than that under clause 6.4 above.
6.6 All applicable regulations and legislations including necessary
customs, import or other permits to purchase goods must be observed by
you. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be
prohibited by national laws; we accept no liability in respect of the
export or import of the goods you purchase.
6.7 Not withstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions
is intended to limit our liability neither in any way that may not by law
be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability for any death
or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
7.0 Liabilities
7.1 This clause is for consumers only.
7.2 If the goods received are faulty, damaged or incorrect you must notify
us in writing within five working days or we will hold no liability.
7.3 If goods are not received within seven days of the date on which you
ordered them you must notify us immediately.
7.4 If a problem is notified to us by you under clause 7, our only
obligation will be:
Replace or repair goods that are damaged
Make good any shortage or non delivery
Refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in a way we
choose.
7.5 We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage
what so ever arising we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by
way of compensation other than that under clause 7.4 above.
7.6 All applicable regulations and legislations including necessary
customs, import or other permits to purchase goods must be observed by

8.0 Warranties
8.1 All goods sold to business purchasers must be deemed suitable by them for
any purpose you intend for them.
9.0 Notices
9.1 All notices from you to us must be in writing.
9.2 We hold no liability for failure to deliver goods ordered or any delay
in the delivery time or damage, defect to goods delivered that is caused
by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
10 Privacy
10.1 You accept and agree to our privacy policy.
10.2 Telephone calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes.
11.0 Law
11.1 A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the
UK contract rights of their parties Act 1999 to enforce any term of this
agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party
that exists or is available apart from the Act. Except our affiliates,
directors, employees or representatives.
11.2 The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in
accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction
to resolve any disputes between us.
12.0 Terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions set out the agreement relating to the supply of
the goods to you by us.
