Delivery Advice
The Sandstone Centre Ltd uses a reliable well known 3rd party pallet distribution company to deliver your goods directly from our yard to your premises.
The daily cut off point for all orders is 12pm.
Our pallet distribution company will collect the items from our yard and your order is transported directly back to their depot. It is then reloaded onto a smaller vehicle i.e. a hiab or tail gate vehicle using a pallet truck and then be delivered to your premises.
The products you buy are very heavy and will only be delivered as curb side drops as the delivery company is not insured to drive onto your premises. However the pallets are unloaded with a pallet truck which can be pulled right outside your premises. Please make sure that this is fully understood as this material is over 1 tonne per pallet.
Our products can be delivered to any mainland England address as per delivery cost in each category.
Orders from Scotland and Wales are subject to extra delivery costs. If your home is in one of these two areas please e-mail us before ordering as we may be able to negotiate a better delivery price.
Delivery Day
Any products purchased from The Sandstone Company will take approx 2 – 3 working days to reach you.
Normal delivery times are Monday to Friday between 09.00am – 17.00pm.
If you require a specific delivery day or time please add this to the enquiry e-mail and we will do our utmost to fulfil your request.
We can arrange delivery for am or pm drops, but this will entail an extra cost of £15.00 per pallet
Saturday deliveries are also available, but again at an extra cost - £20.00 per pallet
