Unfinished Flooring
Unfinished hardwood floorings are one of the most affordable and common options people choose when they install hardwood flooring.
One if the benefits of using unfinished flooring is the purchaser has the opportunity to select their own finish, whether it be varnished or waxed. If you would like to have a different finish for each room then this is easily achievable with our ranges of unfinished flooring.

Please note that all unfinished flooring will need to be sealed, whether that is varnish or waxed.
Moisture levels should be checked before installing any wooden flooring. Required moisture levels are between 8% and 12% depending on the condition of the area.
To maintain stability you must use at least 20mm flooring planks.
It is recommended that only engineered flooring be used if fitting over under floor heating.
Under no circumstances should you use 14mm Engineered plank if installing on top of joists.
