Our range of pre-finished oak flooring is sourced through our supplier in Europe whom we have had an excellent relationship with for over five years.

Available in engineered format, our prefinished flooring is ideally suited for use with both underfloor heating systems and general use. Pre-finished flooring is easy to fit and no sanding or finishing is required. Just fit and walk!

Moisture levels should be checked before installing any wooden flooring. Required moisture levels are between 8% and 12% depending on the condition of the area.  

To maintain stability you must use at least 20mm flooring planks.

It is recommended that only engineered flooring be used if fitting over under floor heating.

Under no circumstances should you use 14mm Engineered plank if installing on top of joists.
